At its kick-off meeting (ICANN 45 in Toronto), the 2013 Nominating Committee adopted a policy of making the committee's process as open and transparent as possible, while maintaining the absolute confidentiality about candidates. In keeping with this policy, this meeting of the Outreach Sub-Committee of the Nominating Committee in Beijing is open to all attendees of ICANN 46.
