Why Sponsor?

ICANN Public Meetings draw over 1,000 individuals from around the globe. The meetings attract a wide range of participants including senior executives from large Internet companies, government representatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals (lawyers, engineers, academics) following global online policy issues.

The meetings receive international press coverage and provide an ideal opportunity for businesses to target key decision makers on Internet issues within both business, and government.

ICANN invites all interested Entities to sponsor its meeting by selecting one of the 4 levels of sponsorship outlined below.

1.   Platinum Sponsorship Level - $50,000+ USD

• Company logo and link presented on the event web site 
• Most prominent signage recognition in registration and common areas
• Full-page ad in the conference program with logo and company profile provided by the Sponsor (All artwork to be supplied by sponsor, deadlines apply.)
• Inclusion of up to five (5) printed materials and/or promotional items provided by the Sponsor in Registration Bags
• Logo on Gala-related documentation and/or invitations. (Gala Sponsors Only)
• Exhibit Booth Space - choice of location based on sponsorship contract date
• Priority use of additional meeting space at the venue during the event when possible

2.   Gold Sponsorship Level - $25,000 USD

• Company logo and link presented on the event web site
• Prominent signage recognition in registration and common areas
• Half-page ad in the conference program with logo and company profile provided by the Sponsor (All artwork to be supplied by sponsor, deadlines apply.)
• Inclusion of up to four (4) printed materials and/or promotional items provided by the Sponsor in Registration Bags
• Exhibit Booth Space - choice of location based on sponsorship contract date
• Use of additional meeting space at the venue during the event when possible

3.   Silver Sponsorship Level - $10,000 USD

• Company logo and link presented on the event web site
• Signage recognition in registration and common areas
• Logo recognition in the conference program
• Inclusion of up to three (3) printed materials and/or promotional items provided by the Sponsor in Registration Bags
• Exhibit Booth Space - choice of location based on sponsorship contract date

4.   Bronze Sponsorship Level - $5,000 USD

• Company logo and link presented on the event web site
• Signage recognition in registration and common areas
• Inclusion of up to two (2) printed materials and/or promotional items provided by the Sponsor in Registration Bags

Note:  ICANN may also accept sponsorship outside of the levels described above in the form of services and goods to help support the event.

Benefit Guidelines

Logo Placement: The vertical placement of sponsor logos will be determined by sponsorship level and the order in which sponsorship agreements are executed.

Registration Materials: Only ICANN sponsors will be able to distribute promotional materials at the meeting. All materials will be reviewed to ensure that they do not disparage anyone, including ICANN, its supporting organisations, community members or any of the event sponsors.

Shipping instructions for registration materials will be provided to all sponsors no later than 30 days prior to the deadline. All registration materials MUST be received by the deadline to ensure inclusion in the bags.

Exhibit Booth Space: Exhibit space selection and placement will be determined by sponsorship level and the order in which sponsorship agreements are executed.

Exhibit space includes:

• Booth Space Rental (at least 10'x10')
• Pipe and Drape Backwall
• Table (approx. 6 feet)and table linen
• Chairs(2)
• Power Outlets (at least two)
• Wireless Internet Connection
