This will be a members only meeting for the three commercial constituencies who will discuss internal matters related to the creation of a new commercial stakeholders group.

2. GNSO reform - key dynamics of new umbrella charter for the commercial stakeholders group.
Envisaging ourselves a year from now scenarios
- three constituencies more or less as today, minimally changed
- a commercial super constituency evolved from what we have today

Specific key issues within the two scenarios approach:
- selection and election to GNSO council of 6 seats
- need for harmonised member categories?
- need for harmonised fees?
- needs for common professional part-time secretariat
- means of inter-constituency coordination - elected or liaison ?

3. Issues to carry forward to the users house meeting
