Esther and all,

  Well Esther, lets just say that is doesn't seem to politically correct,
not that I care about that sort of thing, to hold a meeting of this sort
in a country that is being run by a non-benevolent dictator.  Or you
could say that it just looks bad.  As for APRICOT, I suppose that
they are having their meeting in Singapore is their own affair.

  Personally I like Singapore allot, but it is on the Dept. of Transportation's
"Dangerous List For american Travelers".
