SO/AC Led High-Interest Topic
This session is a new joint community activity designed to explore hot topics broadly impacting ICANN's multi-stakeholder community and to encourage broader collaboration on issues between ICANN's Advisory Committees and Supporting Organizations. During this moderated session, SO-AC Leaders will share their perspectives on the following topic – "Evolution of Internet Governance – Montevideo Statement and ICANN's Post-Bali/Pre-Brazil Activities – Methods and Objectives". This session is designed to be a public event in the main meeting room.
All interested members of the community will benefit from the discussions during this meeting.
The selected topic for this moderated session is – "Evolution of Internet Governance – Montevideo Statement and ICANN's Post-Bali/Pre-Brazil Activities – Methods and Objectives". A sub-theme that session participants may incorporate into the discussion includes "preservation of the bottom-up policy development process." Broader audience participation will be encouraged through a variety of visual aids and remote participation tools.
