Josh Baulch has worked with ICANN as a consultant since March 2010 and in August 2013 joined the organization as an ICANN Staff member. Josh currently serves as the Manager, Meetings Technical Services. His responsibilities include providing technical services for ICANN meetings, conferences and events. Duties include (but are not limited to): providing overall vision, direction and leadership in the development, deployment, operation and maintenance of ICANN meeting technical systems, design, troubleshooting, training, and expert support of any audio-visual, networking, end user software or hardware. Josh holds his BA in Theatre Arts, Technology and Design from Central Washington University.
