My focus is on the impact of ICTs on end users and evidence-based policy development. I am currently working on trying to get young people a.k.a the youths involved in internet governance policy processes. My most recent projects include an assessment of youth and internet access and use in Rwanda, Nigeria, and Tanzania. I am interested in problematising access and gendered issues of internet governance.
