Peterking Quaye is one of Liberia's leading youth digital activist and ,He has been working and collaborating for over 6 years on projects related to ICT , Internet Governance, Adolescent Girls and Young Women participation in ICT ,Child Online Safety,Online Privacy .
He was deeply involve in the national consultation of Liberia ICT Policy 2017-2021 in 2016 ,and worked with some local NGO involved in cybercrime , internet governance advocacy in Liberia. He has collaborated with several local and international organization in conducted research projects, on gender base violence in Liberia, and currently working on online gender violence.
He is one of Liberia's well known and followed digital activist with strong engagement among the youth in Liberia on Internet Governance, Cybercrime ,Social Media management with huge following on-Youth Internet Governance Fourm-Liberia platform -( Youth IGF-Liberia) ,with followings for his regular posts on social media ICT, Cybercrime,Internet issue.
Peterking, has been directly involve in hosting , moderating and speaking at ICT events, IT and Media Training in Africa , Asia , and contributed to online consultations at the UN-IGF in Mexico in 2016 and CyFy 2016 in India .He was invited to Africa IGF in South Africa but could not make it due to funding amongst others.He is passionate about ICT development in Africa and Internet Issues .
He has served as either a participant or a speaker at several number ICT or I T event in across Africa and other parts of the world ,he made a presentation last year Youth Internet Challenges in Liberia during UN’s annual Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Mexico through remote participation. He has religiously follow the works of ICANN for some years to gain deeper understanding of its contribution to shaping the internet space.

Peterking is the Youth IGF-Liberia,Executive Director/Ambassador ,and Director of Innovation Center for Youth and Community Empowerment-Liberia a local initiative that aims at empowering the future generation of Liberia and African youth using ICT .

With key activities includes bringing ICT education and I T related dialogue to the youth in Liberia in schools and communities ,and is currently serving as convener for SAFER Internet Day-Liberia.

Peterking won the RIP NEC Hackthon Prize in 2016 in Netherlands but could not attend due to lack of funding and has also served with the Africa Union Commission in Addis Ababa ,Ethiopia -Information Society Division as a Youth ICT Associate working on the Africa ICT Day in 2013 .He was a moderator and speaker during the 2013 African Youth in ICT Summit in Ethiopia.
