Management Systems Linkage

Provide a high level introduction of ICANN's Management Systems. The components are: Strategic & Financial Planning, Operating Plan, Budget / Cost Management, Project Portfolio Mgmt., People Performance Mgmt., Enterprise Risk Mgmt., and Dashboards.

One of the components is the Accountability Framework and Metrics. ICANN engaged One World Trust (OWT) to assist with developing a means to measure ICANN's accountability performance over time, as well as relative to other broadly similar organizations; OWT issued its report on 28 Feb 2014 (see Announcement).

We will present an overview of the accountability framework and recommendations, how this work will be integrated with the development of the broader performance metrics as part of Management System Linkage, and next steps in the implementation of the accountability framework and metrics.
