| I am relatively conversant with the technical
and administrative issues facing the internet
community in general and ICANN in particular.
While I am not an engineer, I have had some
programming experience and have used the internet
since sownloading Mosaic an eternity ago when
it was in its 2.0b version.
My principal strength is that I am beholden to
no special interest (other than the belief that
the internet should be maintained as free and
open as possible. My principal qualification
is a willingness to devote considerable time
and effort to accomplish what is necessary as
an active member of the ICANN family.
