| I am a third year law student at the University of Miami School of Law, clerking for one of the top e-commerce attorneys in the nation. I am well versed in Internet law and realize that the body of law of the Internet is still developing. More importantly, like many of you, I am a webmaster of a small company that I started four years ago, Adverlink Communications. I have slaved over learning to code late at night like many of you, and am familiar with the issues facing small businesses who have an online presence. I will ensure that the small businesses are fairly represented at ICANN, while also striving to be fair to the larger companies that form the backbone of the Internet. Internationally, I will make sure that emerging countries have a voice in the future of the Internet, realizing that the future growth of the Internet will depend largely the growth of the Internet in these countries. I am well aware of the legal and technical issues confronting small businesses on the Internet. I hold over 60 domains and have dealt with registrars around the world.
I am a third year law sudent and intend to practice e-commerce law, and am clerking for one of the nation's top e-commerce and Internet attorneys. I also have a non-commercial site dedicated to setting up web sites for charities at www.goodcause.org
