Mr. Tolle resides in Virginia close to Washington, DC. He holds a Mater’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Dortmund, Germany. The Internet may be known to most for a few years but he has actually used the Net for more than 15 years. He has published several books about C++ and is frequently quoted in major newspapers and trade journals. He is fluent in English and German and proficient in French.
As VP of Operations and Chief Technology Officer at Cyveillance, Wolfgang Tolle is responsible for the strategic direction for and development of the company's technology, operations, client services and consulting services. This includes Cyveillance's proprietary NetSapien (TM) Technology, which is the underlying technology for Cyveillance's e-Business Intelligence Services, IT infrastructure and Cyveillance's e-Business consulting services which include strategy and technology consulting.

Mr. Tolle spent six years at Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology (CIT). He is credited with the turnaround of the state-funded non-profit corporation that was in jeopardy of severe budget cuts that threatened the future of the CIT. Mr. Tolle's work resulted in consecutive budget increases that strengthened and transformed the organization.

Before joining the CIT, Mr. Tolle served as the President of the U.S. office of the German National Research Center for Computer Science. He also has a background in software, working as deputy director of industry acquisitions and projects and as a manager of software development projects for Quantum Gesellschaft fur Software in Germany. Mr. Tolle also spent time in the academic world, as a senior researcher in computer science at the University of Dortmund in Germany and, as a fellow, he evaluated the performance of Siemens mainframes in Munich, Germany.
