administrative responsibilities, and

roles.

| As far as techincal things, I have very little formal training. I
have taken two years of programming in high school as well as a year and a
half of computer technology classes. Most of my knowledge and experience
of computers and technology has come through personal study and experiences.
I have been using computers for about seven years and have learned a great
deal about how they work and communicate with one another. I also had a
part time job building computers which gave me impotant experience with how
they are put togeather and function.
My leadership experiences have been rather limited. I was a Boy Scout
for several years and had some experience from that. The only other
leadership role I have held is running the sound system at my local church.
It dosen't really sound like much, but it is a lot of work getting the band
to cooperate while trying to set up mixers, wires, mikes, and get everything
to work just right togeather.
I realize I am a little weak in the area of formal qualifications, but
I hope that you will look past that, not beacuse it isn't important, but because
I do understand the technology and will do my best to learn whatever else I need
to to do a good job.
