As a history student, I think of the historical and philosophical
 perspective of Internet phenomenon.
Is Internet simply anonymous and commercial-oriented scientific invention?
  I said *no*.
On the silk road between Rome and China, can we smell only money?
There are the cultural encounter, the human desire for something
strange and new, the pleasure and the adventure.
I propose ICANN to create the History/Philosophy panel.
For our Happiness and our Progress, how will Internet help us?
And how can ICANN contribute towards this humanitarian dimension
 of Internet.

I'd like to be a scribe, historian and thinker of Internet within ICANN.

It is really important that I use, smile and
feel happy with Internet everyday, one or two
hours per day.

 | I was born by the Korean parents and educated in Chunchon, South
Korea (I studied English), in Paris (Political Science) and in
 Tunis, Tunisia (History).
I can read Korean, English, French and Spanish newspapers.
Now I'm studying Arabic and Turkish.

For the New Internet world, the understanding of cultural and
 linguistic diversity is really important.
Especially, I work for the French and Arabic speaking Internet
 users in Africa.

We can find linguistic diversity in Africa.
The only Spanish-speaking Equatorial Guinea and some Moroccans,
 Swahili-speaking East-African countries (80 millions of
population) . Portuguese-speaking Mozambique and Angola etc.

Our role is to show and guide our wonderful and fantastic world
of Internet to
 these non-English-speaking friends.

As a Korean, French by loving of the French auteur Antoine
de Saint-Exupery,
Arab by my study and African by my physical presence.
I'd like to represent this cultural and linguistic diversity into
 the new Internet scene.
