| I'm acting in technical areas together with the artist
padeluun
since beginning of the 1980s. We are working in networking
since 1987.
We found out early that technicians tend to consider their
point of
view as 'god given' and to avoid social solutions. We demanded
to
protect users of the power of the administrators, we helped
distributing PGP in Germany, we organised panel discussions on
socio-technical topics (called 'PUBLIC DOMAIN'), we promoted
data
communications on the CeBIT computer fair, we supported the
ZERBERUS
mailbox software, we helped building basic-democratic computer
based
discussion networks in Germany, and together wich Eric Bachman
we
build up the ZaMir ('for peace') Transnation Network in
war-leading
former Yogoslavia.

I'm interested in building a communication society. The pure
information society is boring and will not work on the long run.
My interest is of an ideally nature.
I will pledge for low-level, human
solutions in opposition of techno-centered solutions. I'm interested
in equally entitled rigths of 'senders' and 'receipents'. I'm
interested in balance between poorer and richer countries.
