| I have been in the computer industry, from consulting through security, for the past twenty-four years, with a degree in Software Ergonomics. I was recently responsible for driving IBM's global privacy protection policy from the software standpoint, participating in forums as diverse as industry events to speaking before the EU and data privacy and protection authorities. I am as passionate about private, secure and safe computing as I am about the need for commerce to span the globe through the Internet medium. I have developed Internet-related intellectual property, and am involved in a sponsoring role in developing leading-edge technologies relating to the secure use of the Internet for personal and commercial use.

I am a founder of an Internet-related startup, while working in the Security and Business Development arenas within Tivol. I have no board membership on any publicly-traded stock, although I have sub 100-share interests in several. I have and do maintain dialog with software industry leaders involved in the security and application management across corporate and global networks.

| The next three years are critical in shaping the consumer- and business-oriented uses of the Internet that will propel us as a species beyond our borders, eliminating through accelerated Darwinian evolution the exploitations and censorious practices shackling some of our global community. Our recommendations and statements will set the stage for the next two decades of commerce, information flow and personal creativity. Our effects will be reflected as we move from a global to a trans-global society as we begin to inhabit both inner and outer space.
On a personal note, I am a published poet, and a passionate advocate of human rights and responsibilities. As someone who has lived in Israel and the United States, I have seen some of the gross perversions of law and order -- and the destructions of human dignity unjust governments and groups can inflict on their own "families." The Internet is a place where we can make a difference, and not care whether the party on the other end of the conversation or purchase is canine, feline, or human.
