Chairman of SPMT
Syndicat Professionnel des Medias de Telecommunications
SPMT is a french professionnal organization. It exists
since 1984. The 21 members of SPMT are information providers and
technical plateforms for audiotex, videotex and internet.
Member of CST
Conseil Superieur de la Telematique.
CST is the french regulator for audiotex and videotex networks.
The members are nominated by the governement and
choose between different qualificated personnalties.

a french comittee for telephone numerotation,
created by the ART - Autorite de Regulation des Telecommunications,
(www.art-telecom.fr) wich is the french telecommunications

for difficult children with diploms of french
National Education Ministry and 12 years experience.
Secondly I have a diplom of organization ingernieer
from the CNAM, Conservatoire National des Arts
et Metiers.
I have created the firt audiotex services for
children in France in 1983.
