I am confronted daily with the challenges of the Internet.
As System & Network Administrator for several Domains,
as well as Webmaster & Domain Name Holder for them,
I have been confronted since the early Days of the
Internet (1984) with the technical Challenges of this Medium.
b) As a Product Manager (since 1990) at different Companies
(NCR/Teradata, AT&T, IBM, SAS) I have been heavily involved
in shaping & setting Policy & Directions for different Products
and Solutions in the last 10 Years. |

| Having been in the Computer Science Business since 1981
and involved in the Internet since 1984, having held,
and still holding, several different Positions (Business-
oriented, as well as technical-oriented) relevant to
the Internet and to the Challenges of doing Business
via the Web, I would be glad to share this Knowledge
and to help ensure that the Base of the Internet
(Protocols, Address Space, Intellectual Property
Rights, ...) evolves smoothly toward the Medium
it should be to serve the whole Internet Community
in an optimum Way. |
