Prior work in radio and television broadcast engineering.

| I would like to serve as an At-Large director of ICANN to encourage a
balanced approach to the formulation of Internet management policy.
I have no commercial involvement or financial association with any of
the entities who derive their income from name registration or other Internet
management.
I would like to see the future of the Internet dictated, to the greatest
extent possible, by the best interests of the Internet's end-users.
I believe the best long-term policies for commercial, non-commercial, government and private interests may be found by examining the long-term benefits for the ultimate end-users, individual citizens of the world.
