| (a) I have registered hundreds of domains for
clients since 1996. From law firms in
Saudi Arabia to small firms in the UK.
I understand how the structures were
created in Continental Europe with their
own naming system (.fr); in UK, Japan and Korea
with their own model (co.jp) and then in Australia,
Argentina, Brazil, Mexico with the .com.au
version and what it is now happening because
of these decisions.
I have wide knowlegde of what is required
for the industry to work and you can see
in www.se4d.com how important this area
of Internet is for me. I had the idea for
the site and I own 50% of the project that
will be expanded very soon.
I act as a consultant on all these issues
for many clients at the moment.
b) I believe that my experiences in dealing
with people from so many areas of the world,
has made me understand what their needs and
requirements are in most issues related to
ICANN. I also think that my inter-personal
skills will be of great help in creating
the conditions for agreements to be reached
among all parties that can benefit the Internet
community.

| I am a co-founder of www.se4d.com and the
naming industry is a very important part
of my professional life. I would like higher
standards in all areas of this sector.
We intend to introduce many new features to
se4d.com to highlight the concerns of many
people that email us with their own positive
or negative experiences.
ICANN has a very positive role to play but
in my opinion it has must have a more hands-on
control over the workings of such bodies as
WIPO, especially in the naming of their panels
and the selection of one-person panels in
cases of extraordinary importance such as
Barcelona.com where one judge will have the
power to cause inmense chaos in the Internet.
