I have been a business and organisation consultant for more than thirty years, including five years with Booz Allen & Hamilton, and ten years in the telecommunications field. During my professional life, I acquired the experience of international projects. I am used to make problems and possible solutions clearer, writing comprehensive, clarifying reports, carrying out presentations and leading discussions in French, English, Spanish, Italian...
I have no further professional obligations, so it will be easy for me to commit the time and energy required by the ICANN Board.

I am a French Engineer (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique), but I am also strongly motivated by cultural matters (I have academic diploma in economics and philosophy). Due to the growing relevance of Internet in many cultural fields, I am convinced this period is crucial for the evolution of the Internet governance, in terms of interaction with the governments and defence of users rights.
I do not consider myself as the representative of anyone. As a pensioner, I am fully free to take independent positions, aiming at the users benefits only, and that should be my major contribution to the ICANN Board.
