We have maintained a site for over 4 years at .com. Will someone be allowed to use our domain name by simply registering with  .org or .net? One problem we encountered early on was someone using our name with simply a dash in the name. We threatened with legal action based on copyright infringement and earlier registration and they relinquished name. We are Florida Explorer AKA
