[Comment-Dnso] BYLAW CHANGES

Could I ask that any modifications to the bylaws be shown in conjunction with the existing bylaws rather than just showing the changes by themselves.  This puts the new bylaw changes along side the old ones and one can clearly see the changes which have taken place.  This facilitates reading and saves time locating the existing bylaws.
