Re: [IATLD Members] Oppose NSI's redefinition of TLD constituencies
I believe that this is the case for most African countries as well.
While a good number of individuals recognise the importance of the
Internet to these countries, the governments don't have too many people
who understand the issues, and the individuals who make things work
don't have the funding or other resources to act in a manner to protect
African interests.
