  It may be that ENRED WAS a [SEMI] Academic in nature.  However
whether it WAS or is, for that matter is not really material of substantive.
The FACT that it is legally listed as NON-PROFIT, and therefore connected
or conducting commercial internet activities, disqualifies it as a valid
applicant for the NCDNHC.

i think the question may be whether enred is realy a trade organization of
mostly commercial interests, though i imagine many started as [semi-]
academic.
