Don and all,
Why should Mark's orgnization do so comply to your request if none
of the other "Applicants" have or have been ask to do so? In addition Don,
what are the criterion for doing so? Will all the other NCDNHC applicants
be required to do the same? If not, why not? Where is it specified in the
DNSO or the ICANN bylaws that this is a requirnment for constituency
applicants? Where in the NCDNHC Charter is it stated that any applicant
comply with the sort of request that you are making?
Basicaly Don, it appears that you Randy, and Kent Crispin are trying
to purposfully discredit Mark by starting a witch hunt here....
