Proposed Changes to Uniform Dispute Policy

By far, the best Uniform Dispute Policy in use by a registrar is 
NameSecure's policy at:

However, I have reviewed the current draft ICANN proposal and posted 
proposed changes to:

There is also a link on http://www.domain-name.org to the proposed
