this domain issue needs attention

Hello,

I've been following the news about domain names, the ICANN meetings, Congress, etc... and one major problem that I have not seen addressed is the misuse of names in this sense.

Is there now or will there be some kind of policy about this kind of name fraud. I feel that something needs to be done and if it takes writing to everyone in Washington and every state, county and city politician then I will.
