Any and all stakeholders are members or have the right to become members.
Is this concept so difficult to grasp? If so, how so?

E-Mail is one method of identifying a potential member or a member
potentially identifying him or herself. Domain Name Owners or stakeholders
that are also Domain Name owners.

Until we have a membership model that the majority can live with, these issues
are premature. However today Esther Dyson and the ICANN Interim Board,
have taken preemptive steps today and in the recent past to decide some of
these issues for us already. We find this to be improper and in direct
violation of the requirements of the White Paper.

Agreed completely.

Agreed completely and those responsibilities and level of integrity should
be determined by the Membership. Until that membership is in place those
decisions cannot be made.

The reason is that the owners of this list do not believe in freedom of speech.

This is backwards. First you have to have a process for making decisions
than you can start to collectively making decisions.

Whom are these PAID PEOPLE to which you refer. The only one that I know of
that is paid on the ICANN Interim BOard presently in the CEO Mike Roberts.

Define a responsible way that is expectable to everyone and is decided
BY everyone that is a stakeholder.
