I don't believe that I should be voting on how you develop and charge for
allocation of server addresses ( hope i said that right). As i understand
these are sold in blocks and as a result there is a large or expensive waste
of resources.

I have and continue to recommend committes or subdisciples to be added to
handle these .- some issues are properly in the technocrats hands, others in
the ISPs, etc.

Esther was to have had reports from other major Associations on how they
handle this -
