I am opposed to a fee, even a small one. Small stake holders such as myself
feel overwhelmed by the large organizations. that would be involved. Even
small ones that would own a myriad of Domain Names / e-mail addresses.

I think that my money is being taken for no value in return.

I see this being run by PR people (esther) or large interests - i would rather
rely on my congressman and you know how that works.
