Your response to me is i believe a dichotomy - on one hand you say you want
the individual then you come right back and say you want ICANN to be proactive
to get ISP and Domain holders. YOU CAN"T have both- i respect your position
on domain and ISP holders when it comes to address allocations and similar
technical things - yet i want the right to buy a domain name at a reaonable
cost.a
