Business Serve Plc

Business Serve Plc was identified as the most appropriate company for Unity Registry to partner with for the location of the Primary Operations Center, as they have a Dual Triangulated Network across the UK and as they take IP Transit from both Genuity and Telia (Tier One) they have extremely resilient network paths to the rest of the world. They have dedicated facilities at their prestigious Manchester Site that meet both physical and technology security measures.

NCC

The Escrow Solutions terms and conditions are those defined within the Registry Data Escrow Agreement which will be formally agreed and entered into on acceptance of the bid. The Registry Data Escrow Agreement is under UK law.

The technical requirements in relation to Poptel's registry agreement with ICANN for the operation of the .org Top-Level Domain name are as follows:

The NCC Group understands that seven deposit transfers will be made per week, for a total of 52 full deposits and 313 incremental deposits per year, 314 in leap years.

Deposits will be verified and processed by The NCC Group on weekdays only. The time taken to verify the daily deposits will increase over time depending on the execution time of the ICANN-supplied program.

Electronic copies of the deposit files and encrypted format and completeness reports are to be retained by The NCC Group. As the size of the data increases the time taken to create a CD-ROM, or other medium, will increase and the number of media required may also increase.

The NCC Group will retain, in its Escrow storage facility in Manchester, the four most recent verified Full Deposits and all subsequent incremental deposits lodged after the earliest of the four full deposits.

Telecity
