C18.7. Any proposed criteria for the evaluation of the success of the transition.

The main criteria which Unity Registry proposes for evaluation of the transition are:

1.  Have registrants encountered serious difficulties with maintenance of their domain name services?
2.  Have registrars experienced a low cost and low hassle transition?
3.  Has the transition produced any serious disruptions of domain name services?
4.  Has the transition been accomplished on schedule?
5.  Was the transition within budget?
6.  Level of complaints received regarding the transition
