Dennis is responsible for identification, design and direction of programs that serve GDD stakeholders. Current programs include IGO/INGO and Thick WHOIS policy implementation, Security Framework and ICANN Portal launch.
Prior to ICANN, Dennis has served in executive leadership roles in Fortune 100 international corporations and technology start-ups creating new businesses and technology products. Dennis holds a Computer Engineering degree from University of California, Los Angeles (Birthplace of the Internet) and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. He also serves on the Board for Pepperdine Graduate Business School and Project Management Institute Los Angeles.
