Krista Papac is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the domain name industry. She has held a variety of roles including executive leadership and management, strategic planning, business process development, and business development.
Krista joined the ICANN Organization in May 2013 and currently serves as the Organization’s Complaints Officer. Previously Krista served as the Director of Registry Services and Engagement.
Prior to joining ICANN, Krista was the President at Klear Policy and Consulting Services. She also held the positions of Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager, Policy and Industry Affairs at ARI Registry Services, and Business Development and Sales at Iron Mountain and Verisign.
Krista holds a MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS from the University of Phoenix. She lives in Los Angeles, California.
