I just checked with a friend whose company is a NetSol Premier partner and
she reports that they are not experiencing this problem at all - they see a
turnaround time of a couple of days.

I got one for ya:   As of last Friday, they are working on Early APRIL 1999
domain transfer requests.   That's right.  If you want to transfer ownership
of a domain this month, it's almost like FORGET IT.  Talk to you in the
fall.

This is sad.
