Thank you for contacting Network Solutions.

We understand your concern that we processed a Domain Name Registration
Agreement received after you submitted your request for the same domain
name.

Please understand that receipt of a Domain Name Registration Agreement does
not automatically and immediately initiate the processing sequence. When our
registration system processed the accepted agreement, the system was not
aware of an unprocessed, pending application for the same name. Our
registration system properly and appropriately processed the Domain Name
Registration Agreement submitted by the current registrant.

Subject: Fw: Domain DISPUTE
Importance: High

Gentlemen,

I have real big problem with what happened on this past Saturday. Please
read the attached files.
I did not receive any contact from the Network Solutions Legal Department
today.

Our business is in an immediate state of emergency & mode. We even received
a successful and thank you response from the secure domains area on the
Network Solutions site last Thursday for (1800webcast.com) and others.

PLEASE help us with this issue by immediately putting the (1800webcast.com)
domain on HOLD from this e-mail, as it is an OFFICIAL dispute from our
company (iCONwebcast.com & 800webcast.com). We contacted and spoke to
Anthony Blake late Friday afternoon after trying to call your company ALL
day.

Anthony Blake, a true professional as always returned our call when he had a
chance and tried to search the information on the spot. At that time Friday
(4:30-PM) there was NO record on the (URL) from the database, but my credit
card had received a number of charges pulled from that evening.

We even tried to re-secure the domains again, and never received a auto
response.
Then we received responses on Fri. & Sat. I am trying to locate some
evidence of a tracking number for the one URL

Our company also has the TM pending for the domain (1800webcast.com)

So as you can see we need this domain pulled and put on hold until we can
resolve the problem to the source as to why we do not have the domain
secured in our name in the first place.

We know how the auto response e-mail and tracking # is supposed to appear as
it is apparent and evident in the attached e-mail file below.

Thanks & Sincerely
Frank Morrocco

Dear Sir,
On Thursday  Nov 4 1999 at between 6-10pm est I registered 7 Domains and received a cogratulations notice at that time. One of these domains was 1800webcast.com. The next day I still hadn't received any follow up notice from you so I called Anthony Blake to report the problem and try to find out if my order went through. He wasn't able to confirm that it had gone through. He said that I should wait to see if it goes through before I make a complaint. On Sat while checking to see if these domains were posted, I noticed that 1800webcast.com had been registered the same day Nov 6th by another company. My company registered 800webcast.com in July and has also filed a trademark on 1800webcast.com. We would like an answer from Network Solutions as to why our order was not processed as we did place our order two days prior to the person who now has registered 1800webcast.com. Please let me know what our next action should be as we wish to acquire this domain.
Sincerely
Frank Nein Morrocco

Dear Sir,
On Thursday  Nov 4 1999 at between 6-10pm est I registered 7 Domains and received a cogratulations notice at that time. My partner Bill Bentley is the administrator of 800webcast.com and the domain is registered to the same company address:
