registrar accreditation

To Whom It May Concern:

I have been trying for several weeks to get a change to a host registration
that is absolutely vital to our company's e-commerce infrastructure.  After
getting the run-around for several weeks Network Solutions is now refusing
to acknowledge my problem at all.  I have contacted their customer service,
escalation department and even many of the corporate officers.  What action
can I take to resolve this problem?  Is this really the standard of customer
service that is acceptable to be an accredited Registar?
