The session will explore the current state of the UDRP. The session will include an overview of the Preliminary Issue Report on the UDRP to be published prior to the Singapore meeting. Attendees will hear the viewpoints from experts in the field on the effectiveness of the UDRP, and whether a policy development process (PDP) should be commenced by the GNSO Council to modify or amend the UDRP.
