A meeting of the NCUC and At-Large community Why it's Important | The changes to the GNSO as a part of the GNSO Improvements programme brings up several issues related to the new Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG) and the interaction between the proposed inclusion of Internet end-users, registrants, consumer groups, as well as the pre-existing NCUC constituency.
