Désirée Miloshevic is an Internet public servant, and was a special advisor to the chair of the United Nations' Internet Governance Forum Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group. Additionally, she is Senior Public Policy and International Affairs Advisor in Europe for Afilias, the domain name registry. She serves on the Board of Internet Society, the Advisory Council of Open Rights Group in the UK and ICANN EURALO Board.
Her decade-plus of close and productive interactions with regulators, intergovernmental leaders, academics, artists, and community activists throughout the world provide her with a unique set of resources with which to engage the often complex, cross-sectoral challenges of Internet technical coordination and governance.
Miss Miloshevic spent a couple of years at the Oxford Internet Institute as Visiting Associate researching Internet governance institutions, its dynamics and processes. More recently she co-founded oosm.org an open creative space for computer technologists and all people interested at the intersection of technology and arts, in her hometown, Belgrade.
