ICANN83 Policy Forum will be held in Prague, Czech Republic at the Prague Congress Centre from 9-12 June 2025.
This will be a hybrid meeting with both in-person and virtual participation.
All sessions will be conducted during regular working hours in Prague, Czech Republic, (Central European Summer Time, CEST / UTC +2).

Prep Week will be conducted on 27 & 28 May 2025. The Prep Week schedule will be published on 5 May 2025.

10:45-11:30 - GAC Discussion on WHOIS and Registration Data Issues
This session aims to discuss status and consider possible next steps for the GAC in relation to deliberations and implementation efforts seeking to establish a new WHOIS/Registration Data policy framework taking into account relevant Data Protection law. The GAC will be briefed on latest developments and related policy concerns, in connection with:

Ongoing discussions regarding the handling of specific Urgent Request for disclosure of registration data;
Operations and future of the Registration Data Request Service (RDRS), a pilot program launched as proof of concept for a permanent System for Standardized Access/Disclosure (SSAD) per EPDP Phase 2 Policy Recommendations;
And considerations for advancing future policy work regarding accuracy of registration data.
