Background and Experience

I was born in 10/15/1971. I graduated from Northern JiaoTong University and hold a MBA degree. I started my career in IT industry when I just graduated from university. I joined a company that dedicated to develop and sell MIS (Management Information System). In that company I learned much technical and marketing knowledge of IT. When I accumulated enough experience, a manufacturing enterprise invited me to help them implement ERP system. With hard work and good communication with every department in enterprise, We completed implementation successfully. That enterprise got great benefits from ERP application, their inventory became low and reasonable, their purchasing became justice and cheap, their production plan became more scientific and feasible, and so on. During this period I contacted many kinds of famous ERP system and study them carefully, both foreign ERP and local ERP.

Maybe I believed to do sale work is more challenge for me, so I joined a professional ERP company to promote our ERP product. I had employed as sales manager in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) department by Beijing Hollysys Co. LTD. One of Hollysys Co. main products is HS2000ERP system. I was responsible for making sale plan and carrying it out. I led my team to develop market very successfully. In the process of implementation and selling ERP system I found internet application became more and more important. Only transfer C/S to B/S structure, can ERP find a good way to develop.

So I came to a internet company named E-Turtle. This company founded by Softbank Venture Capital. E-Turtle company has set up a website named Aerochina.com, we target was make Aerochina.com become the biggest e-marketplace of China aero-materials (Parts) transaction. My job was made out business model and business development plan. I designed several types very important business for China airlines and E-Turtle Company, which included surplus parts transaction. I visited several China airlines and persuaded them into joining the e-marketplace. We also wanted to supply solution integration of ERP and e-marketplace for China airlines. ÁÁÁÁNow, I have employed by TWC (The Web Connection) Beijing Office. TWC is a very important part of Chinadotcom (Nasdaq: CHINA) company. My first position in TWC Beijing Office is business development manager. Several months ago I had been promoted as strategy consultant by company and was responsible for travel & transportation industry and retail industry.

I am the only one candidate that directly elected by ICANN members online in Asia-Pacific region. It is my great honor. I have not any employment or consulting relationship with ICANN. Neirher do I own or invest in any ICANN-related businesses. I haven't any official positions in any ICANN-related businesses or organizations. I will become a member of IWA (International Webmasters Associations).

Personal Statement

ICANN is a very important organization in world Internet industry. I'd like to become a regional director to push the Internet development and application. In my opinion, as a director of ICANN, the most important thing is to cooperate with all the members of ICANN to find a right way to lead and push Internet development. In Asia-Pacific region, more and more people recognize the important effecting of new economy. There are too many things that wait we to develop in Internet application in Asia-Pacific region. As a regional director of ICANN, whoever he is, he must keep every country's people of his region in his mind. In Asia-Pacific region, there are very different culture character and Internet application level among countries. Besides China, Japan, Korea, he also should attend and represent the benefits of other brother countries in our region. Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India Ð all Asia-Pacific countries should have equality opportunity to express their ideas. I'd like to set up an ICANN members' association in Asia-Pacific region if I successfully elected in this online endorsement. This association will focus on communication and helping each other among ICANN members in Asia-Pacific region. As a young people working in young industry, I believe my dream can be come true.
