Question: What is your opinion about the postulates of some national secret services to receive the copys of the kryptological keys?

It is a very important and complex issue, concerning the balance between security and privacy that should be decided at the political level through a democratic debate. It is beyond the scope of ICANN.

Again, this is not an ICANN issue. My personal opinion is that as you describe it is not a good idea. Instead I think the secret services should use the court and the law if they for investigation or other purposes require someone to hand over their secret keys. Or one could use some kind of anonymous escrow system that requires court order to couple the key to the user.
