The At-Large Membership focus’s on the interests of the At-Large Community. The Business Constituency within the DNSO offers the perfect place to place our interests and needs of small sized companies. Therefore I am sure the Business Constituency will welcome you as an new member.

When it comes to addresses and numbers in the Internet, small sized companies must be given the same conditions as the larger ones. I do not understand exactly what specific needs you mean in this context. If the trade mark laws favours the large companies, ICANN can do nothing about it. If the statistics shows that UDRP favour large companies when they have disputes with small companies, ICANN can take this up with WIPO and initiate a revision. I am not in favour of establishing new TLDs used to identify neither large or small companies. To do so will not promote free competition.
