Question: Although the MAC (Membership Advisory Commitee) had a different opinion than the BoD on this topic actually for being an @large director there is no requirement for being also a member of @large. Just to complete your profiles...are you an @large member?

As an active participant in the work of ICANN I committed myself to the At-Large Membership long before I was asked if I want to run for an At-Large Director.
