Question: Do you support the uniformity of the UDRP? Prof. Lessig propses a meta policy that allows many gTLDs to expreiment with different policies.

If possible, I support a uniform policy because the Internet and E-commerce are global. It is always helpful to have a rule where all users are assured due process. Having said this, I should admit that there may be some need for adjustment of the common policy because of local/regional differences in the legal framework or cultural background. This is always true for the dispute resolution rules to be adopted by the ccTLDs.

I fully agree with Prof Lessig's statement. ICANN itself is not a law maker.ICANN need to do is helping people, instead of determining policy.
