Question: Question to candidates in all regions. In your opinion, how many ICANN approved registrars (or related entities) are also ccTLD registr(y)(ies) and/or gTLD registry managers? a) only NSI b) some c) most d) all e) other(please specify). Please name names.

To my knowledge there are no ICANN approved Registrars who also are ccTLD Registries. But I may be wrong. There are many ICANN approved Registrars who also are Registrars under ccTLDs. Only NSI is both gTLD Registry and ICANN approved Registrar to my knowledge, but the two functions are separated. No g/ccTLD Registry should at the same time be a Registrar.
