Reverse domain name highjacking is abuse of power, be it economic or procedural, both equally inaccessible to the small guy. The challenge here is to find the correct balance between the trademark and the domain name dimensions, and I havealready expressed my opinion (please visit also my personal site at http://www.akwan.com.br/) that the UDRP is still biased towards trademark concerns. What I can say at this point is that many among the candidates have expressed the opinion, myself included, that the UDRP should be reviewed in order to deal with this and other issues. I expect this review to happen, regardless of who gets elected.
